Horrible! They never respond to emails or phone calls. DONT use this company to manage anything!
Horrible customer service. Our gate hasn't worked for over 4 months and the property manager won't respond to our call. We have left many messages for Nicole Swift who is a manager and she never returns phone calls. Toni and Angela are very rude and hang up the phone every time. What type of HOA management company would not allow a handicap person access to their home. We need a new management company with people who care. difficult to tell if they are monumentally incompetent, pathologically dishonest, or both. whatever the case, this is a company that you should avoid at all costs.
Made a request almost one month ago to address issues and no response from the manager or from customer service.
Hawk-eye is very responsive and thorough. They show a genuine interest in helping homeowner associations and doing the right thing. A pleasure to deal with as a member of a homeowner board.
Very responsive management company. I work with them both as a homeowner and as part of a separate BOD. They are knowledgeable, courteous and always provide all info that I have needed. They provide excellent services for just regular day to day actions, as well as manage larger issues such as special assessments, owner complaints and large projects. Highly recommended
