Used change to wash my car, time ran out. Car was still covered in soap and I was out of quarters. The change machine outside was out of order and in all of the 3 manual car wash stalls, none of the card slots for my debit card worked. And the automatic one was closed. Left with my car still covered in soap. Never going back there again.
An error in a manual wash bay happened to me and the speed of the owner responding back to me and continued communication was so fast. Not to mention refunding me the same day the money came out of my bank. Made me feel like I really mattered.
Much awaited new equipment! -May 2023 New equipment is busted -July 2025
$10 car wash this afternoon and didn't even get the bugs off the windshield!! I'll not be back..
