I called them to get a look at dental work. The first time they did not see my name on the time I was supposed to come in. The second time same thing. Then they call me after I was supposed to be there at 1 pm for too much paper work I am sure. They called me at 2:30p.m. I was not supposed to be up on the appt list. Sorry but this is a no go for me. They need to stop calling me. Never again.
Dr.Shane has been my son's pediatrician for 2 years now , he's is an awesome doctor and always tries his best to help with whatever virus my son has caught at daycare. He listens, explains, and helps you understand. Dr.Sage is also a great doctor when Dr.Shane is unavailable.
Although my doctor is no longer with CHA, I was referred to an excellent nurse practioner. I have to compliment the laboratory blood draw technician (phabotamist)...she is professional, personable and qualified in what she does....she's most definitely an asset to the Community Health Alliance.
What a great place! Dr Shane does a great job with my children! Listens and provides the best care and experience for them. Along with the Dental team. As well as Dr Fillmore who has done all my dental work. Over all the best place I have found for my family's health care!
Got in and out early. My appt was at 9 I was out by 9:25.
Nancy at the front desk was sweet...a dog being allowed in the back was odd, but given the location I wasn't completely shocked.
