all they care about is MONEY! they are not here to help the community. they won't help me because I don't have dental insurance. I do have a job but that's not enough. now I gotta return to work with pain and no medication. whomever is responsible for the staff should be fired on site!
This dental office told my grandmother that they no longer will allow her to schedule appointments, but they will take walk-ins and help the first person in line waiting at 2:30pm. My 88-year-old grandmother came at 7:30am and waited for 8 hours until 2:45pm. They then told her that they would not see her anyway, even though she was first in line. What a horrible place. I am disgusted that they would rather waste her time than give their customers honest information. Why did they do this to her?
