Have tried to get answers to simple questions after buying a condo here in Honolulu. I never get anyone to answer their phone and when I leave a voicemail they never respond back. I sent in a Surepay application and apparently they lost or discarded it which forces me to pay the HOA fee directly with a personal check which scares me as they will either lose or discard that too and then charge me a $25 late fee. My wife and I went on our first long vacation in 15 years this past August 27th through September 3rd 2022. We stayed at the 50 year Old Ilikai Hotel and luxury suites room 2122 in Honolulu. This was an 8 day stay. We purchased groceries for this vacation and planned to cook most meals in our room which was equipped with a kitchen.
