I literally cried when I left there yesterday(bleeding fingers). An old man hurt me with the machine (gel removal only) and then my nails are so ugly and filled with too much gel polish and very messy. All the other technicians left and it was just the old man, old woman and me inside. They didn't apologize, it was closing time, and I have learned my lesson in you pay for what you get. Don't go there if you want quality service.
