A couple of days I left a negative review for what I thought was another nail bar. The negative review I was leaving was on Hawaii Nails bar by Fresh. I have since deleted that review and left it on the appropriate business. I felt it only appropriate to come back and leave a positive review. Please know I have not visited this business but I plan to. I apologize for my mistake, thank you for being responsive to it so quickly. 🫶
Busy? Or Just Decided I Wasn’t Worth Their Time Came in with a painful broken thumbnail. Before I could even check in, a staff member interrupted, asked what I needed, then immediately said “we busy” — despite two techs sitting with no clients. Something has changed at Hawaiian Nail Bar. The wife and I have come here many times over the years but things seem different recently. 1st off the "free margaritas" haven't been offered the last 3 visits. It's fine if they don't do that anymore. However,it should come off the add if they aren't doing it any longer. We are here today and it is utter chaos. Terrible customer service. They will sit you in a chair to wait on nail tech and takes forever! If they remember! If I'm paying you for a service I expect you to at least remember I'm there!
The customer service was poor they make u feel rushed the pedicure was good just a little higher than other local salons they charged me 30 to change my polish not a fill or full set Polish only so yeah definitely won’t be back and this is the reason most Nail Salons Fail Poor Customer Service
