The lady was very rough with my nails and told my friend couldn’t change her shape of her nail even though she hadn’t put on the fake nail yet….she proceeded to be rude to my friend the rest of the nail appointment.
This place came highly recommended. However, the only person that spoke to me was a woman who told me to sign in. I explained that I had never been there before so I wasn't sure where to go. I was dropped off at my chair and that's where all communication stopped. The gentleman who did my pedicure didn't speak to me the entire time. I didn't get the full 20 minute massage. I’ve been a loyal customer at Hawaiian Nail Bar for years, and it’s disappointing to say that my recent experiences have been very different and the quality of my nails has noticeably declined. I’ve had to return multiple times just to have issues fixed, which has been frustrating. As a mom and a nurse, my time for self-care is extremely limited, and repeatedly coming back is not something I can easily do.
