Awful to see our friends sisters grave sunken in on both sides and no one bothered to fill it in after several requests. It only got done after the mother followed a tractor operator on the premises. Then, when they returned, there were tire marks over her grave. This was really upsetting to their family. Mother asked an employee to have tire marks removed, but they haven’t done it yet. Is this how you treat our deceased loved ones and their families??? This is just horrible.
Grounds are very nice, but the funeral planning now has gone down hill. The incompetence is astounding. Wow. At least for my uncles funeral planning so far. Lack of professionalism-not calling back, lack of communication and consistency between the people who have been talking with us, extra fees ect. Not knowing where the body is when the viewing was planned. Not knowing if his body is for cremation or not... Very upsetting to my late uncles brother and sister.
