Excellent service! Very good customer service!
They are always so nice and great customer service. We have a car loan through a sister credit union but always pay it here because of the service.

This is hands down the worst bank/credit union I have ever experienced. Their mobile app is terrible. They have rejected every mobile deposit attempt over ridiculous formatting preferences on the endorsement of the check and then charge you fees for seemingly everything. Originally, I planned to refinance my car through them, but their interest rates were worse than the dealership. Their customer service is nonexistent. Do NOT trust these people with your money.
Everyone in Kapolei is always so helpful. Notary and teller services are wonderful.
