I ordered French toast online in advance with extra fee. I ended up waiting for over 30 minutes while customers who came after me were getting their orders one after another. When I asked the barista, I was told that the printer was broken and my online order never came through. What disappointed me was that there was no apology—they just laughed it off. They have premade sandwiches so it’s hard to customize. I got a gf French toast and it was ok. Husband ordered a ham cheese croissant add egg, he was underwhelmed.
