Warning for anyone thinking of removing their IUD— this office will try to force you into reinserting. This is a personal experience and I hope no one else has felt this way. My first visit with the Dr. was great, friendly, welcoming, I left feeling heard with my decision to remove the IUD at my next visit. Dr. Sword is the best doctor I have seen! She really cares about the comfort and safety of her patients. Went in for a small procedure and she gave me numbing meds and a heat pad to keep me comfortable. No other doctor I've seen has tried to make uncomfortable visits a little less stressful for their patients. Highly recommend!
TWO years later I'm still recovering NEW bill statements saying I owe more money. No one answers the phones or wants to help. Which really makes me feel like some sort of insurance fraud is going on. We paid several bills that came in after the appointment, which is odd because I have Tricare, but now it's just getting ridiculous. It's just ok. Clinic very difficult to get a hold of. Switching OB GYNS because of this.
It's a nice clinic with efficient staff.I would recommend my provider who is a Nurse practioner Andrea.I was worried with the breast issues that I have during that time but the nurse practioner was very professional and attends to all my concerns.
