Alex made it quick and painless. He, too, was exceptionally personable and respectful. As we were leaving, Sean, the used-car manager, touched base with us and gave me his number in the event I ever have any questions. WOW! I was very surprised about reading all the negative reviews. Perhaps, they have taken heed and changed their business practices. We were very pleased.
We just bought an 09 Honda Pilot. We traded in an Certified Pre-owned '03 Pilot we bought from Goodson Honda West, and had a bad experience so we were really expecting to have to come in with both barrels blasting to get a good deal at Honda Cars of Katy. Ben Hicham was our salesman and he was friendly and knowledgeable and he listened to our needs and we walked out with a new Pilot.
We had car trouble. Honda cars of Katy saved the day! – On the way home from our Texas road trip, we happened to have a little car trouble. The folks at Honda Cars of Katy were incredibly polite, helpful, and FAST! They had our car out of service & ready to drive within 3 hours. Definitely recommend – I went to Katy Honda. Javier Balderas was my salesperson. I told him about my disappointing experience at the other dealership. He patiently listened to everything I said. I told him I was realistic about the accessories, but I wanted to know what he/Katy Honda can do. Javier was very helpful and right away assured me he could do better. Honda Cars of Katy, what a great experience! – My Credit Union gave me a list of dealers to call. I was interested in a 2009 Honda Accord so I called the Fleet Department at Honda Cars of Katy and spoke with David Weingartner. Honda Cars of Katy is awesome! – We bought a Civic from Honda Cars of Katy, and greatly appreciated our salesman, Gilbert. He was very respectful towards us, even during some tough price negotiations. He was extremely patient and honest in his approach to selling. It took a few hours to complete the purchase but the dealership was very nice and festive.
Honda Cars of Katy saved... – Long story short---I took my son's Civic in because the airconditioner bleew hot air when idiling. thank goodness I did because Honda Cars of Katy fixed it in one day---under warranty---an with a smile. Thank you Honda Cars of Katy!

Javier works with you until you are ultimately satisfied with your decision. He gives you a list of cars that would not blow your budget and is patient when it comes to negotiation.

I brought it there and was qouted $350 to change a part and if that doesn't work, the next part will cost $680. My friend had the same car and same problem but the other dealership handled everything since it was under warranty. Since it's close to home I decide to go for the first repair.
