Best Branch in Hawaii! They always give excellent customer service and have everything I need there. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a bank or is already a member!
Just wanted to give kudos to Cherise at the Kapolei branch. She put SERVICE into CUSTOMER SERVICE. Due to me being technologically challenged, I had a credit card issue. Saw her prior to closing on a Friday and she told me she’ll have to discuss my problem with the credit card department on Monday. Got a call from her Monday lunchtime and gave me good news. PLENTY MAHALO to this lady.
Cherise Sonsona was very helpful and friendly. Provided all the information I needed to complete my application process. Mahalo again Cherise!!
