I have been a renter at this specific Hawaii Self Storage for a few years and must say things are so well run here I may never leave. First off, the facility is very clean. There's been times I come in the morning and see BJ walking the floor with a dust mop and he's the manager. Nothing better than seeing the manager doing these tasks themselves. Quick, easy, and reasonably priced. Was looking for a 24/7 storage solution for my growing business. Entire staff was very warm, down-to-earth and yet still very professional. Lane gave me a comfortable tour and Ash signed me up smoothly.
Had a parking spot for a few months, excellent customer service.
