Quick, easy, and reasonably priced. Was looking for a 24/7 storage solution for my growing business. Entire staff was very warm, down-to-earth and yet still very professional. Lane gave me a comfortable tour and Ash signed me up smoothly.
Had a parking spot for a few months, excellent customer service.
FULL DISCLOSURE: I've been at Hawaii Self Storage for a while now. But, they are by far the best storage company on Oahu and they're locally owned. The personal service and professionalism I have received during my time here is exceptional. The people working for this company are truly AMAZING! B.J., Ash, Laine and others on property go above and beyond to make sure everyone's needs are met and that the property is safe, clean and secure... and hey, how's that awesome Commercial advertisement.
So far, good service. Staff is very friendly and helped my roomate and I in a time crunch. Everything was scheduled and moved efficiently. Mahalo!
