I had the same experience as the others. Never received a bill and got sent a letter by a collection agency. Customer service was anything but helpful when trying to resolve this and couldn't produce an itemized bill for me while on the phone. Just awful

I had the same thing happen to me as was posted by another here. I just received a collection letter. I never received any bills from this provider. Not a one.

Absolutely horrible when they owe you money. We paid our bill in full. They owed us what insurance covered. It was $141 refund to us. They have had our money since March 2021, it’s now mid-May and we called 5 times. Every time we wait and still no money. What a horrible company!

I received services end of February 2020. Had a small balance my insurance didn’t cover but do not remember receiving any bills from Hawaii Pathologists Laboratory LLP. Just received a notice from a debt collector March 2021 saying I owed the under $100 balance. Called Hawaii Pathologists Laboratory LLP to see why they didn’t contact me about balance due & they said they sent me 4 notices, last was July 1, 2020.
