Have never rented from them. Just a simple inquiry, and their response has to be one of the most unprofessional, unwelcoming and uninterested I’ve experienced. Can’t imagine what it’s like having to deal with them during a 12 month lease.
Myself and my family have been using Hi Pac Properties for a few years as a owner of a condo unit and after doing the management myself for a couple years before that, Hi Pac has been an absolute pleasure to work with. They truly do make the process hands off once everything is setup, and they help you set up everything. I’m actually the property appraisal field and find Hi Pac Properties well worth the price for all they do and highly recommend them to other owners looking to rent out their property.

Best landlord and property management company we’ve ever had! Whenever issues arose, the portal was a quick, efficient way to get them addressed and everything was handled very expediently. Of note, Mike Ablan was always on top of any issues that arose, and we really felt a lot of aloha from him as we navigated signing the lease, throughout our term, and definitely when it came time to move out when the owner decided to sell. He is a great guy and a great advocate!
