Yana - Friendly and prompt. Honest about the qualities of available rental properties, both positive and negative. Timely. Knowledgeable and able to answer all questions. Ian - Not helpful or responsive to texts. Was unable to inquire past a certain point despite vocalizing lots of interest in certain rental properties. Eh, this company is hit or miss. They do manage a lot of properties so the likelihood of you needing them may be high. Just be cognizant they have a large amount of staff varying in desire to help.
I appreciated Hawaii Pacific Management in their responsiveness and were very attentive to the homeowner and tenants.
My experience with Anna during my time as a tenant was a pleasure. Anna was easy to work with and my experience overall with her services was amazing!
