Took great care of me when I had a medical emergency. Kind and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend
Dr. Elliott and staff provided excellent care. Caring & professional.
Patients shouldn't have to wait 2-3 months to get an appointment with their PCP. Also, HPH's call center seems back logged as I waited 20-30 minutes to reach someone. HPH's urgent care clinics are faster than getting a PCP appointment. The irony is our medical systems continue to support and pour money into "bandaid " care rather than preventive medicine which would help keep people healthy into the future.
I applied to this company at least 6-7 different departments. Mind I have at least 10 years patient service experience and they all denied my application. Come on. Something fishy is going on here. I would not recommend applying for work here and go to Queens hospital. They will hire you even if you don't have any medical experience and will train you and give you a chance unlike this company. I am reposting this because I hope to save someone from the situation that happened to me. As a new mom and new to the area I chose to see Dr. John Bossian at this location. I presented to him crying and told him I couldn’t hold or nurse my first and only child due to excruciating pain in my neck/shoulder/ back. I explained my medical history, including previous medications, therapies, treatments, and provided his office with copies of x-rays I’d had before becoming pregnancy that showcased an already vulnerable spine.
