I went to get the acrylic removed off my nails today. They were fairly busy. They placed my hands in a pure bowl of acetone and boiling hot water for roughly 45 minutes. They kept coming over to see and I kept telling them that it was burning my hands so after 45 minutes of pain, I decided to take my hands out of the bowl. The lady applied too many gel layers on my nails. I’ve had my nails done at many places before, but this was the worst. My gel polish started chipping after just a day.
Attended the one in Werribee plaza. They were rude from the get go and I should have gotten up and walked out then. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I asked for full set acrylic with shellac, they gave me a tub mixed with all the colours (filled to the brim) whilst trying to go through the colours they grabbed my hand to start, so was now navigating choosing a colour with one hand and they kept picking up the ones I had looked at back into the tub… and then ended up taking the tub and putting it in front of another lady... read more

Worst salon I have ever been to in my life! Asked for a pedicure and the lady didn’t even do much besides clean a little bit. Then she went ahead and made my nails so short without asking me. Also had no massage on my chair, which I paid for a full pedi experience.I asked for a specific colour and she used a completely different one. Overall very unhappy with their service.
