Kim was absolutely amazing at what she did the French tips she did were perfect and my gel nails she recommended were so natural she did such an awesome job one of the best services I’ve had in the west for nails and Kim is an artist at what she does!!

Very terrible services. Complained about their prices and the so called boss was so arrogant. I was very polite. She told me she has operated for 2 hrs and has enough customers coming in. Even suggested that if I am not happy the girls can stop attending to me and go to another place. The place is so dirty and disgusting. Not worth the prices they charge. First time walkin customer. enjoyed the experience I got acrylic fingers and shellac toes, massage chair is a good experience. You can not pay with EFT so carry cash with you, priced 75 for acrylic, 50 for shellac pedicure. Ladies rarely interact with customers, mainly talk to each other in their own language. Did however see two unhappy customers while there. They seemed satisfied when they left.

I had a terrible experience at Hawaii Nails in Werribee Plaza. I waited for 4 hours to get my nails done, and the result was extremely disappointing—bumps and poorly done nails. Despite the bad quality, they charged the full payment and were incredibly rude throughout the process. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
