I stayed 5 nights at Keauhou Surf & Racquet #181 and was very disappointed. The condo is poorly maintained, and several issues made my stay uncomfortable: ant infestation in the kitchen, lights and fans only working from the breaker, shutters in the master bedroom stuck closed (I had to track down a maintenance worker myself to pry them open since management never answered my calls), scratched cookware, no air conditioning (making it unbearably hot at night), and paint chips in the guest room.
