Ordered two leis for my wife's college graduation, including a multicolored haku lei. I was notified on the day of shipping that they would be sending an all white lei instead of the multicolored lei we ordered. They said they did not receive the right flowers from their supplier. No discount or refund was offered. There was not enough time at this point to source leis from another company. Kudos to the staff at Hawaii Lei!! I was able to place a same day order. Picked them up on the way to the airport to give as arrival gifts for relatives. So very happy with how fresh and beautiful they turned out.
We had an amazing experience! The service was excellent, the flowers were high-quality and beautiful, and everything arrived on time and in perfect condition. The professionalism and attention to detail truly elevated our event — the flowers definitely upgraded the whole experience. Disappointed that they shoved two leis into one container; google seach "clear hinged takeout container". Usually these containers hold one lei, not two; I know, I'm from Hawaii. This significantly reduced the quality of the leis. The flowers were crushed and wilted. They also used only one ice pack to keep 4 leis cool. I will be purchasing from another company in the future and I will call them to ensure each lei is handled with care. One star for shipping/delivering on time. Minus 4 stars for the 4 sad leis.
I was in a bind when two main land florists couldn't source a ti leave lei in time for our son's doctoral graduation. I found Hawaii Lei Stand one day before we needed it and spoke to Max who incredibly helpful! Not only could they get it to Portland in time, the price of the lei(s) and shipping was reasonable. Max worked with me to ensure the order went out that day, before FedEx picked up for the day. My son is moving to Hawaii and he will be frequently this shop anytime he needs authentic, beautiful flowers! THANK YOU!!!
