I can’t say enough amazing things about Dr. Lee Loy. She was truly an answered prayer during one of the most stressful and emotional times for me and my pup. She was the one who first diagnosed her with bladder stones and didn’t hesitate to take us in when our regular vet was closed. This is a very customer oriented clinic. There are many veterinarians on board and I have been able to find someone to schedule an appointment if my usual vet isn’t available. The vets take the time to explain the diagnosis and treatment plans very clearly. I never feel rushed. The front office staff and the vet technicians are also very friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable.
Mahalo for the care and support provided to us in a very anxious, stressful time! Apela was absolutely wonderful in going over the process in a very gracious, caring manner which really helped put us more at ease. Moonstone appears to be recovering - he's eating and drinking, but not moving very much yet. But he seems comfortable in spite of his injury. Big mahalo to all your staff and doctors for doing your best for Moonstone!
Everyone was so nice and personable. I was thankful that they were able to see Lily at such short notice because she ate the milk chocolate, and my usual vet wasn't able to see/help her because of a power outage. Dr. Ako was so nice and explained everything thoroughly. Thank you so much !
