Really great service for highlight and haircut! I tried calling and they said to just walk in when I’m available, preferably in the morning. Walked in at 9am and was assigned to Vivianna. She was competent, meticulous and did a great job! Honestly better than most licensed stylists I’ve gone to. She listened to what I wanted and gave me a blended platinum highlight just like I asked. I would not recommend coming here unless you are ok with getting your hair ruined. If you have thick, textured, or long hair - just pay extra for a professional. I came in to get a trim and the student messed up. The teacher tried to fix it, but made it even worse. I came back twice to have it fixed with no luck. Been 4 months trying to grow out this awful disconnected uneven haircut. Sucks
I took my two daughters in today to get haircuts- one a curly cut with layers and one just a trim with face framing. My daughter with straight hair went back first and finished last. She may have been given more instruction though. Her only complaint was that 2 different instructors were giving instructions and different instructions. I'm struggling with this review and I plus my family members all women has noticed and we have been going there since open. I, daughters, sisters have notice that it's not the same? We are use to seeing The Conductor " we call him that " not as much as before and a few things are lacking. Front desk which we miss the tall local guy this a while back nice guy w/beard.
