This has been the worst experience at a doctor's office I have ever had. Scott was unable (or unwilling) to explain further details on the procedure, just a vague response. Then, I had to spend over 2 weeks battling his front desk to get a reimbursement signed. At the end, I felt discriminated against, tired and exhausted. I flew in from Maui for this appointment. They treated me like scum, were condescending throughout the whole process and were inept with their paperwork. If this is the only "Doctor" in Hawaii that accepts... read more
Poor communication. If your provider doesn't return your call in over a week, then call AGAIN and you do not hear back within a another few days, I find that unexceptable. This is pain management, something very difficult to deal with. Veterans, stick with the VA, its a better option. 12/05/25: After response: I didn't provide enough information? I requested a call back TWO TIMES for pain issues. Best of luck to you aswell.
Dr. Morioka is FANTASTIC. He takes time out for his patients. He doesn’t rush through the appointments; he gives you his time, attention, and focus. He answers your questions completely while going the extra mile.
