These people are crooks and terrible landlords. They took 5 days to get our AC fixed in our luxury high rise. The landlords never want to fix basic things. Do not rent an apartment from them, they will keep your entire security deposit and give you no explanation.
We had a wonderful stay at the Waikiki Banyan apartment and it was perfectly located for our surf adventure! We were able to walk to the beach and stored our surf boards on the lanai. The apartment was very clean and the kitchen was recently remodeled. The two queen sized beds were super comfortable. Centrally located, it was easy to walk to restaurants and shopping. Not a 5 star resort but 5 stars for everything else! Corner unit, floor to ceiling views of harbor and ocean, walked every night into town, spacious and roomy, had all the extra perks like beach chairs and boogie boards. Our family of 4 were very comfortable. Reservations were easy and accommodating.
Loved staying at this condo. Right price for a great place to stay. I 100% recommend this unit. I used it for a Kama’aina stay if you want to do a staycation
