Been here a few times. Technicians are great. Email & text reminders before your appointment. But there is poor communication from the front staff once you check in. I just left after waiting for 40 minutes. I had to get up & ask how much longer the wait would be (at least 20 minutes longer). They were obviously running behind all morning. And no communication from the front staff while ~20 people sat in the waiting room - some much longer than me. Patient time is just as valuable as provider time. Not sure why there are bad reviews? This place was awesome! They were a little behind on time, but who cares? The whole island is short MRI techs and they got me in within 2 weeks when every other hospital said a 2 month wait! Wayne and Sterling were my MRI techs and they were both so kind and empathetic. Sterling did my IV and I didn’t even feel it?! Joy at the front desk was also kind and hospitable. I will recommend this place to my friends and family 🤙
The radiologist and tech that did my MRI were both very professional and kind. They made my experience comfortable and that much better.
