I’ve had a wonderful experience at Hawaii Counseling and Wellness Center. My experience with everyone here has been nothing less than exceptional from the very first phone call to the office. I’m very thankful to have found such an amazing therapist to work with (Dr. Lu). I have attempted to reach out to someone to seek services with Dr Lu. I have to heard back via email, text or phone call. Disappointing
I had a fantastic experience working with Dr. Lu. She is knowledgeable, compassionate and easy to converse with. She seemed genuinely interested and concerned with my issues. Scheduling was also easy and convenient.
The office is beautiful and relaxing, much like a spa. The receptionist is so professional and pleasant and most importantly, the psychologists are knowledgeable and just amazing. Very grateful to have found this place
