Every blood draw has not been listed with pcp doctor. No simmareis of any treatment has not been seen yet? Nothing given out and yet they want to do a infusion. After chemo and radiation is over. Funny they not even checking to see if tumor has shrunken down. Very questinable at this time.

I used to have great experience bringing my mom who is fighting leukemia here but this year it's been very difficult speaking to the workers. The doctors and nurses don't follow up on their patients or have their reps call to schedule appointments. Reps who schedule appointments seem to have too much on their plate and are rude. I feel they are in the wrong career field and should find another career due to lack of empathy.
