Wow! Where do I begin! I’m originally from the mainland USA and wow I have never seen or been to a clinic that truly works together to make an amazing effective patient experience. I used to have great experience bringing my mom who is fighting leukemia here but this year it's been very difficult speaking to the workers. The doctors and nurses don't follow up on their patients or have their reps call to schedule appointments. Reps who schedule appointments seem to have too much on their plate and are rude. I feel they are in the wrong career field and should find another career due to lack of empathy.
