I booked a hotel in Hawaii with this company for April 15, 2025 for 10 days. I found out today (November 11, 2024) that I need back surgery and had to cancel. The company deducted a $100 "processing fee" and 3.5% credit card charge from my $186 deposit resulting in a $76 refund. Could have been worse but I suggest you read their fairly complicated refund policy before doing business with this company.
