RENTER BEWARE -- Avoid Haw Creek Mews! RENTER BEWARE!! Haw Creek Mews Apartments are running a carpet scam, they will replace carpet when you leave and charge you for it even if you left it looking brand new. I took many photographs prior and after move in and recorded all conversations with them and district manager as they scammed me out of my security deposit. Very nice If you can afford to live here, you should really check it out. It's very quite and the staff is very attentive. I'm sad I have to leave. It is off Tunnel Rd. like 5 mins away from everything. I never hear my neighbors. The town homes are in great condition. That's all!
Viewed but not rented This complex had a helpful staff and affordable rates but we were not excited about the area and amenities outside of the apartment. We chose to rent elsewhere before even viewing a model apt.
