We picked up our 1/4 cow on August 3rd and so far we've tried the ground beef, t-bones, and chuck roast. The flavor and quality of all the meat has been fantastic! The ground beef seems very lean and little to no grease while the chuck roast was cut perfectly and no extra fat needed taken off when cooking. Highly recommend this company and will be purchasing a 1/2 cow next time!
This was my first time buying in bulk. The buying and pickup process was very simple. It has been a long time since I ate some good beef. I am glad that I found Haw Creek Cattle through Reddit. The beef is very tasty. I will get my beef there from now on.
Absolutely amazing beef, as our first time buying in bulk Jessica made the experience easy, informative, and painless. We cooked up our T bones tonight and wow! Highly recommend!!!
I was worried at first but once that steak came off the grill I was so happy. This meat is so good
We recently bought a 1/4 cow and couldn't be more pleased. It was easy to order, very reasonable in price and pickup was the following week. Jessica was very responsive and answered all of my questions. We have tried several different cuts, each one being extremely delicious. The ground beef reminds me of what my grandma used to cook for us as kids. This order will easily last us through the next several months at least! I don't believe we'll ever buy meat from any other source than Haw Creek Cattle Company.
