Called and spoke to service about getting a price quote on a repair a few months ago. He told me he would work on it and get back to me. Never received a response as of yet.
Wish I could give a zero star review. I brought my f150 in for an oil pan replacement from a leak I noticed. 7 months later after they did the repair I was seeing the same leak again. Unfortunately I am not in the same state or close to this service center anymore so I took it into 2 different local ford dealerships to do a parts warranty on it, but Havre Ford had screwed up the service paperwork and did not properly add all the parts that were replaced. My husband took his truck here knowing the parts being repaired would fall under warranty regardless of the higher cost. The issue is back and it turns out Havre Ford didn’t follow the correct bulletin protocol so the warranty was voided. The worst part is the service manager, Cameron, will not take responsibility for the lack of protocol. Tried to buy a 2024 F350 Lariat Long bed from them. The truck had no gooseneck prep kit on it and a condition of me buying the truck was it had to have that installed. Parts manager here is beyond lazy and will not look for parts, just says they can't do it. They also tried to tell me they can not install the Ford gooseneck prep kit. They will offer you a junk B & W gooseneck setup, you know the one where you pay just as much as the Ford setup is, but it welds itself to the truck bed after a year.
