Took my F150 down to get the transmission filter and fluid, both differential fluid changed. Called a couple weeks before verified it would be 500$ plus some extra fluid if necessary for everything. Called again a week later to verify my appointment and verify both diffs, trans fluid and filter told yet again will be right around 500$ maybe a bit more if it needs more fluid. Sold my mother a 2012 Ford Fusion brand new. Less than 8000 miles, the drivers side window regulator fails. Says they can fix it and will get back to me within the week. Never hear back from them again. Giving them an extra star because they gave me a free oil change.
