Every person that works here is very nice and on too of customer service! Not to mention my car was serviced in less than 15 minutes with no appointment!

I HAD TO SUE THEM!!! AVOID!!! AVOID!!! AVOID!!! – I used Texaco Express Lube's $19.00 Oil Change Special a total of two times. The deal is great; but the second time I went to this place turned into a complete nightmare. The Oil change was fine. But apparently when they checked my fluids they "misplaced" my radiator cap. WORST PLACE TO TAKE YOUR CAR – I had a friend that took a car her a couple years back and had some major problems. She was charged to fix a part which they didn't even fix and ultimately were very rude to her and refused to give her money back. That's why I stayed away from this Xpress Lube. Well, earlier this week I needed a quick oil change and foolishly decided to stop by this place. Worst oil change in town – Try and sell you things you don't need every time. They try and get you to replace things even if they are brand new. There's an interesting article about them on CBS Atlanta's website from in November of this year. They went undercover and found a lot of shady things about this company and location.
Very, very dishonest. Be careful. Better yet, stay away! – If I could give these guys a rating less than one star, I really would. Moving on... my advice is to get every quote they give you verbally in writing, because the final price will surely change. They lure you in with supposedly great deals for services, only to end up telling you that you need more work on your car than you really do.
