They did a good job on the brake service. We were in and out fast too. Appreciate it.
Sergio and Nathan were a huge help! I had what looked like a bird’s nest—or something similar—stuck in a pocket under the hood of my car, and it was causing a terrible smell. I was nervous to keep driving it, but by the time I realized the issue, it was already 4:30 PM and no other place nearby could take a look.Thankfully, they told me to come by, and they were able to remove the nest along with the rest of the debris in my hood quickly and efficiently. If I could give this place negative 10 stars I would. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! First they quoted me 466.00 for a full set of brakes and rotors (which I foolishly didn’t get in writing) then after they put on cheap aftermarket ones reusing my original used clips, they charged me 800 for them. Here I am 16 months later having to get new brakes and resurfaced rotors at the ford garage to fix their mess!! An expensive 810.00 lesson…
Great customer service
I recently stopped in for an oil change because the sticker put in my window at a shop outside of California said I was due a change. Not so, according to the technicians here who checked the vehicle’s onboard system. They also checked my tires, topped up the fluids, and I’ll definitely be back when my oil change is actually due. I appreciate the honesty and the service!
