Beware! Do not go here! They recommend unnecessary work, at a high cost! This week, they quoted me $1,100 for new brake pads and rotors. I decided to replace them myself and found the pads at 80% and rotors in excellent condition!!! Completely unneeded! I am guessing the guy working there gets a commission on upsells?? Avoid this place or be very wary of the upsells! So sad that they would take advantage of us! I have taken our 4 cars there for years, but will now take my business elsewhere!
I keep coming back to this location for all my oil changes, because they are always friendly and fast and knowledgeable. I had a light out and they took care of me. Jerry, I believe is the manager and runs a great shop
I had been laid up for the month of April. My car wasn't registered. Pull in got it done quick. One stop
They outsource tire rotation to Big-O next door.... adding additional waiting time. Not a "do again" for me.
I am always satisfied taking my car here. The staff are always very professional and friendly. I never feel pushed or pressured to buy extras. I know my car will be taken care of properly!
