I am always satisfied taking my car here. The staff are always very professional and friendly. I never feel pushed or pressured to buy extras. I know my car will be taken care of properly!
These guys are a class act! I could not recommend them more.
Beware. Short staffed as manager and most employees recently quit.1 employee is certified for emissions testing and isn't working. I don't care if others will be certified in the future as I have a 10 day window....before my registration expires. But wait-I just read the other recent reviews regarding emission testing. Looks like this may be a win after, all to avoid an incompetent technician.
Anthony’s lack of knowledge on emission stuff is wild. Even wilder when he won’t hear the customer out and send them to the state for no reason and a waste of time. I have 6 vehicles I own that will no longer be coming here as well as my family. Such a shame to be treated this way by a manager..
STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP TILL THEY GET A NEW LUBE SHOP MANAGER. ANTHONY WAS VERY ARROGANT AND NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL Brought in my car for Emissions test. Next thing I know I’m being told my high flow catalytic converters are not legal and won’t pass as well as my O2 sensor spacers. Odd thing is I don’t have any O2 spacers and why wouldn’t high flow cats pass? Also O2 spacers are specifically for vehicles that are catless.. so why would I have them if I have cats?
