Bad Customer Service all Around – I bought a couch and and a dining room set in Feb 2008. I had no problems with the couch or delivery of the couch. Unfortunately, I had numerous problems with the delivery of the dining set. I have received the wrong chairs and then was charge for both the incorrect chairs and also the chairs I had ordered. When contacting customer service they are rude and not helpful whatsoever. I even contacted the sales person and thought everything was worked out. But still continue to have problems. I finally had the correct chairs delieved and the wrong chairs picked up and STILL have been charge for the additional incorrect chairs. What a nightmare! I finally was so discouraged I called the store and spoke to some in charge of the billing. She stated I would have to call the credit card company that HARVERTY USES to work everything out regarding the additional incorrect charges. My furniture is fine but everything else a disaster. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!
