Those apartments are horrible, the projects in every sense of the word. Violent murders that the news does not report, as a resident of Aldine for over 25 yrs, the violence has only and will continue to get worse! There is no police there. I have seen with my own eyes a man laying on the street dead, drive bys, beatings, drug and prostitution deals... that's an everyday thing there.
