Very clean ,very welcoming , Vanessa in the office is great and understanding. Even though it's a black community I still feel at home. They even call my wife biscuits, witch I think is cute, she stays home during the day and all my neighbors all look out for her and some have even gained trust to stop in and use our bathroom if needs. Great place to live and start a family
