Im giving one star review bcz they took application fee 45$ for one apartment than they said its already has been taking and insist us to have a tour for another apartment and after having tour we didn’t like that and told them to give us a refund so they didn’t give us a refund bcz we had a another tour for another apartments which they insist us! Totally waste of time and waste of money!
Gentrifiers. They're knowingly giving a hard time to residents at Park Side avenue, including wheelchair-bound disabled people and blocking their exit/entry with construction vehicles. Demanding they remove their lift in the back of their home. Disgusting.
