RecommendedOnly issue is some tenants believe it is their obligation to tell you when youre allowed to go outside and have a cigarette. Otherwise, GREAT PLACE!!!! LOVE IT!!!!!
If I could give this place a zero I would. I lived here for I little bit over a year and the decided, in a nice way to say it, kick me out. When I asked why, they never gave me a reason why and would beat around the bush when I would continually ask. I would let them know about neighbors being loud or not being quiet during their "quiet hours" and I would get in trouble for my dog instead. When my boyfriend would come over and visit I would also get in trouble, saying that he was living there when he wasn't. Now I am getting... read more

I've rented from other companies and slumlords and this is by far the best company to rent from!!!! I've lived in 2 different apartments and both were great!! The ladies is the office are so pleasant and helpful! Maintenance is on top of any issue within a few hours, which was quite a shock compared to previous people I rented from in Oshkosh! Definitely reasonable prices too! All around great place to rent from!!

Be prepared to be charged for things OUTSIDE of your apartment after you move out even if the inside is spotless. The checklist they give you does not include such items either.
