AT THIS MOMENT THEY ARE UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT, I AM SEEING SOME IMPROVEMENT, THEY ARE RE-DOING THE ROOFS, PUTTING NEW A/C UNITS, AND THEY WILL BE PLACING NEW PLAYGROUNDS, AND REMODELING SOME OR ALL THE APARTMENTS! THATS A RELIEF!
