We remodeled our living room and were so overwhelmed with choices. The designer made it all make sense and kept it within our budget. It looks amazing and feels so much more comfortable now. Great experience!

I suppose it's our fault for not heeding other reviews we read, but after a wonderful experience with Havenly's designer we made the massive mistake of ordering furnishings through them. After placing the order at one price, what we were actually charged was more than $500 more than the amount we authorized! And because we placed the order through Havenly, there is no recourse to cancel with the vendors. Highly recommend. Great experience. So much bang for your buck. I moved into a new house after getting divorced. I was SO excited to work with Havenly because I've heard good things about it, but that has not been my experience. I waited more than 4 weeks to meet with a designer. Since I lost half of my stuff in the divorce I've been making do with minimal furniture waiting for my appointment. 2 days before my call I get a cancellation email with zero explanation and a promise someone would follow up.
