I suppose it's our fault for not heeding other reviews we read, but after a wonderful experience with Havenly's designer we made the massive mistake of ordering furnishings through them. After placing the order at one price, what we were actually charged was more than $500 more than the amount we authorized! And because we placed the order through Havenly, there is no recourse to cancel with the vendors. Worse, after three days and multiple attempts to contact customer service for help with the problem we've had zero respons... read more
Highly recommend. Great experience. So much bang for your buck.
