Called to get information on availability for a family member and the lady that answered the phone was very rude and then hung up on me. Glad I witnessed this before I got information of putting my loved one into this faculty!

Havencare has been providing care for my mom for a year now and I am extremely happy with their services. The environment is always a pleasant one and all the nurses are so wonderful with the patients. They treat them as family not just a paycheck. There are many activities they do with the patients and keep them active. My mom is always happy and healthy and I couldn't ask for more. Thank you Havencare.

Thank you for denying my sister and I a chance to say good bye to our mother...we found out of her passing through a third party...and I am not even five minutes down the street from your facility... Between you and Heart to Heart Hospice passing the buck, my mother's death will haunt my dreams....and I definitely hope it haunts yours....but, I doubt it....you got your money...absolutely shameful....enjoy your karma...
