I’fr been living here for a month now, and I must say the team has been exceptional! Shirel made my move-in seamless and is always available to address my concerns and answer questions. Mike in maintenance has been fantastic, promptly resolving any issues. Love my apartment! Thanks to everyone! ☺️
Wish I could give it zero stars.Staff never answer phones and don't know how to properly include vouchers as income. I made enough and still got denied.
Disgusting pig sty. Complex refused to pick up trash for over a month and when they finally do get them to come, the mountain of trash was so tall it collapsed in on itself when they finally emptied the dumpster and the company had nowhere to put the dumpster so they dropped it in the parking lot. To top all of it off, someone apparently threw some trash on the leasing office porch and magically that very same day, they attempted to start cleaning the trash. If you want to live in a garbage dump and be charged over $2000 a month for that don’t think twice and come here!!! Dog poop everywhere, cigarettes butts as well. Management threats and disrespects tenants. Fire department and police visit the place every single day. Pictures show the reality… you can imagine the smell… disgusting place to live in.
The staff was cooperative, understanding and most helpful. Thank you Shirel and staff for all the times you took my calls and replied to the numerous inquiries.
