Their Doctors tell you one thing and then do another. The receptionist speak poorly of patients all the time. Most of the nursing staff is great, but not all of them. They don't really treat you as a person as much as they treat you as nuisance.
Had a steroid spine injection. A week later my pain had not subsided at all. Have left messages wishing to talk with someone in their clinical department but no cal back. I had confidence in them when I first went there, but now am dubious about their care.
I am very fortunate to be under the care of Dr Powell and Charles Bray. They treat me with their knowledge and compassion 💕
