This is by far the best doctor's office I have ever gone to. I go to Haven spine on a regular basis for treatments on my back and neck. Dr. Korn is very down to earth and personable but he is also very professional and excellent at his job. Physicians assistant Lorena Schultz is caring and very knowledgeable about the available treatments that are offered. Haven Spine and Pain is a FANTASTIC center for all of your pain issues! The staff is remarkable, professional, thorough and the best practice I've ever known. Dr. Powell is very well educated and knowledgeable, with a bedside manner that is unheard of anymore these days. He hears what you say and is determined to help you become functional again and feeling great! His PA Deborah Hunter is just as awesome as he is. There needs to be some kind of barrier or screen between the employees at the registration desk and those (patients and those who transport them). I have been here multiple times in the past year, being a friend’s means of transportation. As I wait in the lobby area for her as she is being treated, I’m frequently distracted by the employees’ conversations, almost all personal. Absolutely no responses to my messages in the patient portal. Their preference seems to be text messaging. When I reached out and said I wasn't comfortable with that and asked for access to the portal, they provided the access. Not sure why when they don't bother to check it and respond to portal messages. Says alot about their lack of care for new patients using the portal! Will never use them for any future services. One appointment and done!!!!
