Booked with Haven, received a confirmation and a reminder email. Showed up and the door was locked. Called and texted the owner and received no response. I hope all is ok but extremely disappointed in the experience.

This has been my second time here and it is a relaxing experience. From the atmosphere to the products, it rivals some of the best spa experiences I have had. Deidre is excellent with trigger points and I came off the table minus the tension and pain that I had come in with. I highly recommend Haven Spa, healing calming experts in massage therapy.

Oh. My. God! I’m so glad I found Haven. I just wish it had been so much sooner. I’ve been in Ventura for eight years now and had not found a masseuse that can actually do a hard and strong massage. After multiple surgeries and spinal fusions, I need someone that can really help dig in and help my body not be in so much pain on a daily basis. Thank you so much! I will most definitely be back to see you.

I was cheated by Groupon but Haven't worked with worked with them yet. I will be going to Haven ditectly from now on. The owner is a caring and cooperative person. Make your appointment directly and watch out for scammers atempting to pull you away from Haven and book you with some to some bad massage firm.

I have been going to Haven for years, and can confidently say Emily has fixed my neck and back on many an occasion. Emily is very professional, welcoming, and kind. She is incredibly talented and always takes the time to ensure she meets my needs! I recommend her and Haven to anyone looking for a reliable massage therapist!
