I love the quality of service & products at Haven Salon & strictly go there for my hair cut and color needs. No other salon in the De Pere or Green Bay Area has impressed me quite as much as Haven. The stylists are friendly & will go to every extent to make sure you are satisfied with your cut & color. Anna has done a wonderful job on my hair since March 2017. Out of all the salons and spas in the Green Bay Area, Haven provides one of the most individualized and exquisite services you can find in the area. They are a “one stop shop” for anything you could want done. I have recommended Haven Salon & Spa to everyone who asks "where do you get your nails done?" I love walking in and everyone is smiling and so friendly. I've also started getting pedicures and facials there. I feel like a princess coming and a queen going out. I highly recommend trying them! You won't be disappointed.

The best hair place that I ever went to
Attention brides!!!!! I've never felt so taken care of from the management to the stylist's. I was so nervous and by the time I walked out those doors, I felt like a princess! All my bridesmaids were perfectly on point, just a great experience!!!!
I felt very uncomfortable the way the staff were talking about each other.. When making a change to my hair I perfer to have a supportive rather than destructive atmosphere. I also would not recommend getting your makeup done here unless it is for a Halloween party. Two thumbs down.

I do agree with other comments that under the new management Haven Salon customer service has drastically decreased. I tried to make a massage appointment, and due the limited hours for massage services I had to take a Saturday appointment which I had to be scheduled out 2 months. On the day of the appointment I had received a voicemail cancelling the appointment. I had missed the call, because I was on my way to the appointment.
