This management company based out of Folsom Ca. Not to be associated with any other Haven Properties real estate company. This particular property management company don't deserve 1 star. The most unprofessional, condescending, incompetent rude staff that I have ever experienced. A company that do not adhere to their organizations code of conduct at all! Haven is wonderful, not only do they have a great job managing their staff handles everything in a very professional matter. My rental has had the same tenant in it for the past 4 years. Haven Property has done a great job. Thank you!!
