I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Gwendolyn Wong at Haven Optometry. She was incredibly kind, caring, and attentive. Dr. Wong truly listened to me, made me feel heard, and comforted me when I was feeling vulnerable. She looked me in the eyes without any judgment and treated me with genuine compassion. I've been seeing Dr. Wong for several years now (started seeing her at Fremont) and am happy to continue seeing her at her own practice now! She's been a fantastic optometrist for not just myself, but my young son too! Dr. Wong is very thorough, caring, and quick (which is sometimes needed with a toddler)!
Dr. Wong and the entire team at Haven Optometry are fantastic. He approach to eye health and care is comprehensive and thorough. She is especially great with kids, even those who are nervous about medical situations. I would strongly recommend Haven Optometry to everyone for their eye care!

We had a great experience at this optometrist with my son. The staff were incredibly kind, patient, and professional. They explained everything clearly and showed such good behaviour and care throughout the visit. They really took their time with my son and made him feel comfortable, relaxed, and even made the appointment fun. I truly appreciate how child-friendly and understanding they were. Highly recommend
