Once upon a time, this place use to be gorgeous. THEN, all of a sudden a new management team came in, fired all the staff that were perfectly fine, that actually listened and replaced them with a PETTY, NON-CARING management team that does Absolutely NOTHING to fix your problems. I have a work-order pending from 2016, recently, I was left to shower with cold water with outside temps of 39 degrees. If you value a home where you can come home and relax at night. I love my apartment it's so close to everything and only 10 mins from Downtown, Spaghetti junction and Buckhead. There really nice and clean and you can't hear your neighbors.
While nothing in life is perfect, the staff at this apartment complex have always taken care of me when it comes to rent issues or maintenance requests. There is always room for improvement, which the staff is open to hearing suggestions and they do their best to address concerns as they are reported. When it comes to fulfilling one of my most basic needs of shelter, I have always been a happy resident here!
