Dog poop everywhere, the office doesn’t answer emails or phone calls/voicemails. Lauren was great but everyone in the office was fired with no replacements hired. We had mold in the apartment (see photos) and it took 5 days for anyone to contact us (because there were no workers!). Got a different unit and maintenance won’t help. We have had issues and they knew the unit wasn’t perfect but it still took 7 visits for our ice machine to work. Still haven’t done anything about the gross cupboards that they KNEW about.
