Amazing service. Executive director is very caring and generous. Great staff and amazing environment.
Great Place
Please avoid this place. Kelly with intake is short tempered and rude. You'll be lucky to get a call back. Look, your already hurting and probably in crisis if you're calling to set up an appointment. The last thing you need, is to be treated as an annoyance by a rude, short tempered, employee who only calls back to tell you your insurance is not accepted. Offers no alternatives. Each time I contact this facility, I'm left feeling worse, as if there's no where to turn. No kindness.
Only good use is as a last choice. Psychiatrists prescribe medication knowing the patients can't afford so they give out free samples. Often the samples run out and patients are left with horrible withdrawal symptoms.
